PHS Magnum’s Putzmeister spare-parts warehouse in Chorula near Opole stocks rubber pistons (Ø180–250 mm), concrete cylinders, S-valves, hydraulic seals, oils, filters and maintenance kits. We supply genuine OEM parts (immediate or 24-48 h for standard lines) as well as certified alternatives. We recondition cylinders and carry out S-valve repair by HB600 hard-facing weld. Delivery throughout Poland and across the EU; EU VAT invoice available.
Putzmeister Parts Warehouse — Full Range
PHS Magnum operates a specialist Putzmeister parts warehouse. We work directly with Putzmeister Poland (official importer) and approved alternative suppliers for certified aftermarket parts. Customers benefit from fast delivery, material certificates and expert technical advice.
Parts Categories
Rubber Pistons
Pistons that transfer concrete from the cylinder to the pipeline — a consumable wear item.
Sizes:
- Ø 180 mm — for M24-4, M28-4 pumps (smaller units)
- Ø 200 mm — for M31-5, M36-4 (standard range)
- Ø 230 mm — for M42-5 (larger models)
- Ø 250 mm — for M46-5/M47-5 (premium range)
Materials:
- NBR rubber (standard) — general purpose, covers most applications
- SBR rubber — low-temperature use (winter operations)
- Polyurethane — extended service life (50–100% longer than rubber), higher cost

Concrete Cylinders
Hardened steel sleeves in which the rubber pistons operate.
- Standard cylinder — replacement when bore wear exceeds 2 mm on the diameter
- Oversize cylinders +0.5 mm, +1.0 mm, +1.5 mm — for reconditioning (honing + matched pistons)
- Bore surface finish — chrome-plated or nitrided for extended service life
Delivery of genuine Putzmeister cylinders: 7-14 working days from the PL/DE warehouse.
S-Valve
The key element that distributes the concrete flow.
Types:
- Standard S-valve — for M-Series M24-4 to M36-4
- Heavy-duty S-valve — for M42-5 and larger, reinforced for higher outputs
- Hard-faced S-valve (HB600) — refurbished in-house at PHS Magnum or factory-reconditioned
S-valve repair by HB600 hard-facing: 1-2 working days, saving 60–70% against a new valve.
Oils and Lubricants
- Hydraulic oil — Mobil DTE 26 (ISO VG 68), Shell Tellus S2 V46, equivalents
- Engine oil — to Mercedes-Benz or Cummins engine specification
- Gearbox oil — ATF Dexron III or ATF VI depending on model
- Greases — boom pivot bearings, EP2 grease or Putzmeister Lubricant special grease
Filters
- Hydraulic filter — replace every 500 operating hours or when contaminated
- Fuel filter — replace every 500 operating hours
- Air filter — replace every 250–500 operating hours depending on conditions
- Engine oil filter — replaced with every oil change
Seals
- Water pump seals — replace on leaks
- Hydraulic valve seals — full kit for overhaul
- Boom cylinder seals — with complete O-ring set
- Cylinder head gasket — on coolant or oil leaks

- V-belts — water pump and alternator drive belts

Piston Selection by Model — Quick Reference
Rubber piston diameter is matched to the pump model. The table below is the reference we use for orders; for non-standard configurations we confirm selection by serial number.

Cylinder: Recondition or Replace — Decision Path
- Measure wear — assess bore surface wear on the diameter.
- Wear 0.5–2 mm — reconditioning: hone to oversize (+0.5/+1.0/+1.5 mm) and fit matched pistons; 1-2 working days.
- Wear above 2 mm, scoring, corrosion, deformation — cylinder replacement; genuine part delivery 7-14 working days.
- Post-repair check — verify piston-to-cylinder fit and sealing.
